What a neat new XC scene! As for me? --I'm about all-rounderism

I really like the "all in one" idea behind this new HQ for XC. All ages, all styles, all keeping in touch.

I'll chime in as an advocate of all-rounder skiing. I do what I call rando skiing every day. I ski a bunch of local self-skied-in trails. I use a ski-racing classic technique but I use wider skis and I just love exploring all sorts of trails and places. It's free, it's nearby (when I want to go close), it's anywhere I want to go. Hey! Neat new ski community! My thing is allrounder outdoor action (and indoor, too). I run a website that's dedicated to this, http://OutYourBackDoor.com---for bikes, boats, skis, guns, bows, rake and hoe...and the rest.
