Raising The Level Of Cross-Country Skiing In America

I was wondering if anyone had a favorite on-line log they used to keep track of hours and training. I would prefer a free site but all ideas are welcome

I wrote Polar about this yesterday, offer a no charge training log service. It's worth looking at. Some one should just do one as a plug in that works with Outlook and iCal and has cool social features. FRWD has a cool thing going but its a whole system and, to my knowledge, not available in the USA.

Have you looked at "SportTracks"? While it is intended to be used in conjunction with GPS systems (like Garmin Forerunner) you can manually enter data. It does allow you to monitor distance and time by training zone.

Attackpoint.org is a training log "community" for orienteering athletes. It's free and you don't need to be an orienteer to join, but it doesn't have many features besides graphing out your weekly training by volume/intensity. I like it because you can also check out how much everyone else is training and it works for a bit of motivation.
