Congratulations to the Peru Nordic Masters/ Team High Peaks racing club for winning their second consecutive NYSSRA Nordic Club Championship title. NYSSRA Nordic sponsors ski racing in New York State, and skiers score points for their clubs in each NYSSRA race. NYSSRA had 10 cross country ski races this season. It came down to the final weekend, but Peru Nordic beat their rival, NYSEF by virtue of sweeping the podium in the NYSSRA Club Championship Relay. Then, Peru had a strong showing in the 25 k championship race, placing three skiers in the top ten. This is Peru Nordic's second consecutive championship, and the first under sponsorship of High Peaks Cyclery: Nordic Specialists.
