I often wonder how I can function at night after a hard race. Tonight is one of those nights, and although I got up at 5, my body doesn't want to relax and turn off. It's an outlandish and slightly zany feeling, and if I ever decide to practice Zen Buddhism these odd moments will coincide nicely with my studies.
