This weekend I was supposed to go to the Canadian Birkie in Edmonton but because of the cold weather and wind, it has been cancalled. Right now it is too cold to even get out and ski so I will have to sit inside and get some homework done and maybe run on the treadmill. Westerns are in a week and a half and I can't get a descent workout in to save my life!

so yesterday I was supposed to go to a 30 km Classic loppet in Prince Albert but it ended up being too cold and was canceled. my coach decided that we should get in a long hard ski anyway so I trudged over to the local golf course and did a 30 km classic there. We went in the afternoon where it reached a balmy high of 18 degrees and that combined with the fresh snow meant that it took me over 2 hours to complete the 30 km.
